Delivery
Free pickup at the clinic in Lohardaga. Home delivery is available in and around Lohardaga — free on orders above ₹999, otherwise a small delivery fee applies. You choose the day and time slot at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened, in-date products can be returned within 7 days at the clinic with the bill. We issue a GST credit note and refund by cash, UPI or store credit. Vaccines and other cold-chain items cannot be returned once they have left the clinic.
Prescription medicines
Some antibiotics and prescription medicines are dispensed only on a veterinarian's advice. Our team may call you to confirm the animal, weight and dosage before handing over.
Pricing
All prices are in ₹ and include GST where applicable. Wholesale and semi-wholesale rates apply automatically for registered buyers and bulk quantities.
Privacy
We store only your name, mobile number and address to fulfil your order and send order updates. We never sell your data. Order tracking is protected by an OTP sent to your own mobile number.
