Do I need an account to order?
No. Add items, enter your name and mobile number, and place the order. Log in only if you want loyalty points.
How do I pay?
Pay online by UPI, card or netbanking after placing the order, or pay in cash when you pick it up.
When will I get my order?
Pickup orders are usually ready the same day. Home delivery is scheduled on your chosen day and slot.
Can I return a medicine?
Unopened, in-date packs can be returned at the clinic. We issue a credit note or refund. Cold-chain vaccines cannot be returned once they leave the clinic.
